Covid 19 Information

We’re taking the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) outbreak very seriously, as our top priority is keeping the families we serve and our staff members safe. Our business is still operating as usual, and we’re doing everything we can to keep our facility and equipment clean and sanitized. The National Funeral Directors Association also is giving us further information about how we can prevent the spread of this virus in our community.

This is indeed a troubling time for all of us and especially for those of us committed to helping families in our communities during their time of greatest need. First, please know that as of now we are doing what we have always done and using universal precautions with regards to a loved one who has died.

We continue to receive regular updates from The New Jersey State Funeral Directors Association, The National Funeral Directors Association and from state and federal agencies, ensuring the information we provide is current and relevant as possible.

Indoor gatherings of 50 or fewer will now be able to be held in New Jersey, according to the latest executive order signed by Governor Phil Murphy. While no mention of funeral homes was specifically made in the new executive order, the new limits on indoor gatherings apply to funeral gatherings as well.

We are here to guide you on an individual basis. You are also aware that another way to limit the spread of the virus is to refrain from going out in public if you have symptoms or are not feeling well. If you or anyone is experiencing flu-like symptoms, we encourage you to not attend funeral services.

We encourage you to reach out to us via email or phone and we will be sure to share your condolences with the family. Moreover, we encourage you to also communicate with us via our website and Facebook page and remember that you can share your thoughts, prayers, condolences and send flowers, messages, and gifts to the family right from our website and our Facebook page.

Given the reality and uncertainty of COVID-19, it is important to know that we are taking precautions to limit exposure to the Coronavirus. We remain available 24 hours a day/seven days a week, making certain the families we serve are receiving uninterrupted service and attention, regardless of the cause or manner of death. Please know that we are committed to those who call upon us and will remain focused on serving both the living and the dead with the health and well-being of our communities in mind. We take this situation seriously, and as your neighbor will work through this together.

Please keep in your prayers those who are affected by this, as well as all the front-line responders, including funeral directors and their staff, as we work hard to ensure a sense of calmness during these troubling times.
